Product Delivery
Digital files arrive after your ordering session. Albums take 2-4 weeks, while other products vary. Everything ships directly to your home.
Select Your Images
2-3 weeks post-session, we'll schedule a video call to pick your images and extras. After album design approval, it's ordered and shipped to you.
Session Day
Today's the day! We'll vibe to your playlist, choose outfits, and chat. Expect clear posing guidance so you can relax and have fun!
Confirmation & Prep Guide
You'll get a confirmation email with session details and our prep guide which includes tips, hair & makeup advice, and 10+ lingerie shops.
Contract & Retainer
Book your date by paying your experience fee, selecting your collection, and signing your contract. We handle studio, hair, and makeup reservations for you. Fill out our welcome questionnaire so we can better understand your preferences.

Please note this fee does not include any products, prints, or digital images. You must also select a collection at the time of booking.
The Experience Fee* - $550
*This fee is a non-refundable booking fee. The first step to reserve your session is to pay the experience fee. This fee acts as a non-refundable retainer to reserve your date. All sales are subject to an 8.25% TX sales and local tax.
**Rates for premium spaces may be affected by SXSW, ACL, and any other major events in Austin.

Wow! Where to begin. Stephanie and Bradley were absolutely incredible to work with! They made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, and they made the photoshoot so much fun! I was nervous going into it, but the nerves went away as soon as I met them and we started shooting. I ended up having the best time and I can't wait to do it again! Stephanie and Bradley are two of the most genuinely good people I have ever met. From the minute I stepped into the space, I felt their welcoming presence and all my anxiety and nervousness just melted away. I loved how involved they were in every step of the way from the initial email, to planning the session, to walking me through poses and showing me photos as they took them. Frequently Asked Questions
We don't have our own studio, but we partner with various studios in Austin. The Lumen Room is covered in the experience fee, while premium options may require an additional fee. We'll assist you in choosing the perfect space for your needs. *Rates for premium spaces may be affected by SXSW, ACL, and any other major events in Austin.
The Experience Fee is non-refundable. Should you need to reschedule, kindly provide us with a 72-hour notice. Please note that certain studio spaces may incur an additional rental fee for the new date. In the event of cancellation, refunds are only issued if we're able to fill your reserved session slot with another client.
During your session, it's just you, Stephanie, and Bradley (that's us!). We've found that having only the essential folks present—meaning you and us—helps keep things smooth and relaxed. While we usually prefer it's just us three, we're open to special circumstances and can make exceptions if needed.
Everyone you see in our portfolio or social media has given us consent to use their images. We absolutely do not share any images without your written consent. You can read more about the different model release options HERE.
Yes! Your experience fee covers professional hair and makeup by one of the professional teams we work with. This will help you truly pamper yourself and take some time to relax prior to the session. No worries if you don't usually wear makeup, our professionals can ensure you look like the natural you. You'll go to their location prior to the studio location on the day of your session.
Your images will be complete and ready for viewing within 14 days of your session. We will set up a video call to go through your images, make your selections, and add any additional products. From there your album will be designed and ordered once approved by you, then your album will be delivered within 2-4 weeks after it is ordered. Digital files are delivered after your ordering session.
